Despite others retreating to their homes and burrows for refuge, the Woodland Toad remains seated, welcoming the cold tear drops and crackling thunder. They converse loudly, the heavens and the Woodland Toad, their conversation not discernable to any outsiders' ears.

After what seems like a long moment of conversation, the heavens stroll away, tired after a lengthy day's work of bellowing and crackling loudly. The Woodland Toad remains seated even after the clouds loll away, gazing out into the distance where he can still hear his croaks that the heaven's stole from him.
